Refund & Cancellation Policy for ASYM Protocol

1. Digital Product Nature

The ASYM Protocol and all associated files (including the Initiation File and Physical Protocol) are digital products. Upon purchase, you are granted instant, lifetime access to these digital assets and Notion templates.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these digital products, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is complete and the digital content has been delivered to your email or accessed.

3. UK & EU Consumer Rights (Waiver of the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers generally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel online purchases.

However, there is a legal exception for digital content that is downloaded or streamed instantly. By completing your purchase of the ASYM Protocol, you explicitly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content. You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or downloading the content, you lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel the purchase and claim a refund.

4. Faulty or Defective Files

While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or failure to implement the system, your consumer rights are protected if the product is defective. If you experience technical issues accessing the ASYM Protocol, or if the files are faulty or not as described, please contact us immediately so we can provide a repair or replacement file.
